The articles must be submitted in digital format (PDF) through the paper submission link. Paper should indicate appropriateness for the scope of the Conference, originality and quality of the technical content, whole organization and writing style. Please consider the following criteria:

– The official language for the convention will be English

– Articles submitted should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time.

– Papers must be submitted no longer than 6 pages and a minimum of 4 pages; which must follow the standard IEEE paper format for conferences and conventions, templates and instructions for MS Word and LaTex can be found at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
-Papers are required in PDF format for review purposes, but authors are required to upload editable word-processor files (LaTeX or MS Word) at the end of the review process.
–Only accepted and presented papers will be consider to submit to IEEE Xplore.
All papers will be checked for plagiarism and related violations using a plagiarims tool.
